Jeff serves as the founder of Barnabas & Co. and Journey of Wholeness. After serving as a pastor in the local church for over 17 years, Jeff sensed a call to come alongside Christian leaders in order to encourage, empower, and equip them towards flourishing in life and in leadership to Jesus. He also loves to come alongside Christian ministries – from local churches, mission organizations, to non-profits – to see them healthy and thriving so that they can fully take part in God’s renewing work in the world.

With over 15 years of experience as a leader of an international missions organization, Kris' primary passion is to come alongside leaders in order to fan the flames of their vision and calling. Having served as a global worker for many years, she has a special heart to serve those who minister on the field - while also empowering women in ministry to thrive in their respective callings. She is also an international teacher who loves to equip the Body of Christ in having an authentic and thriving life with God - both individually and corporately.

With over 22+ years in church leadership, Sam has experienced much of the highs and lows that come with being in pastoral ministry. This is why Sam has a special heart for pastors who struggle with burn out, stress, and anxiety. He understands firsthand some of the unrealistic expectations that are placed upon pastors - either by themselves or by others. He is also passionate about helping people discover their true identity in Christ - which is the subject of a book he has authored called “Be Free”.
