At Barnabas & Co., we believe that the most precious resource of every leader is their soul. When the leader’s soul is healthy - the families, ministries and organizations they lead will also be healthy. In other words, everybody wins when the leader’s soul is flourishing. That is why our mission is to come alongside Asian American Christian leaders in order to encourage, strengthen, and care for their souls.
Why Asian American ministry leaders and ministries?
Asian Americans ministry leaders struggle with unique pain points and struggles in their respective cultural context of ministry. Our desire to come alongside such leaders grows out of our awareness and conviction that Asian American pastors and ministry leaders are some of the most underserved and under-resourced - especially in the area of soul care.
