What We Do:
One-on-One Shepherding
The reality of Christian ministry is that often times, those who have entrusted with the ministry of shepherding others are often the least shepherded. That is why our aim at Barnabas & Co. is to come alongside such leaders to provide a pastoral presence in their lives. From spiritual mentoring to spiritual direction, we offer a variety of ways to shepherd the soul of leaders - all with the intent of helping them live a God-directed, God-empowered, and God-focused life.
Equipping/Training
In order to help leaders cultivate a deeper life WITH God and not just a life FOR God, we equip and train leaders on how to sustain ministry out of the overflow of a life with God. We also offer these teachings and trainings as a way to equip the churches and ministries that they lead.
Intimate Gatherings & Spiritual Retreats
Because leadership can often be a lonely place, our desire is to create an environment where leaders can get away from the pressures of leading and simply “be” with God and with one another. We see these smaller, intimate gatherings as vital to the relational health of leaders - as it provides them a safe space to process through their experiences while knowing that they are not alone in their journey.

Pastors / Missionaries
At Barnabas & Co., we recognize that some of the most under-shepherded and under-cared for people in the church are the pastors themselves. This applies to Christian workers serving in a cross-cultural context. Faced with the tall task of caring for the souls of countless others but lacking people and proper resources to care for their very own, we exist to meet that need in supporting and caring for the soul of pastors and other Christian workers. Marketplace & Non-Profit Leaders
While our primary focus is to serve and care for pastors and church leaders, we also believe that kingdom ministry extends the “church” sphere. In addition to coming alongside individual leaders, we also come alongside existing organizations, ministries, and churches - especially in the areas of spiritual formation and wholistic discipleship.
